I went bird hunting for the first time in decades this past weekend and had a chance to shoot a Silver Pigeon in both 20 and 28 gauge. It was an experience I can’t really put into words, but if you are one that appreciates the tactile feel of the mechanical, it’s something you have to do at least once in your life.
