The Lumina is a height adjustable desk with a built in OLED screen capable of running things like Google Calendar, the weather, etc… And it’s pretty smartly designed. The one main drawback that will lead to its failure? The screen is not touch enabled – forcing the user to use a mouse and keyboard for interaction. Ohh… that and it’s probably going to be very expensive.

Basically, this a great idea… but, in my opinion, this is a great idea that you should used for inspiration to build your own using a Raspberry Pi and a touch screen.

Another wallet… This one uses magnets for both a clasp and a pretty innovative card ejector. My thing is this – all of these companies design wallets so concerned with card ejection and yet, I’ve never really needed that feature. I mean, in three or four years will even need cards anymore?

Meyers Manx dune buggies are coveted bits of dune hardware that haven’t been made in over 60-years. Now, they are back… and all electric. Two models are available – the 20kWk (150 mile range) and the 40kWh (300 mile range).

I’m mostly concerned about weight. A proper dune buggy is light by necessity and batteries are heavy as hell…
